Information about parking leases and fees
Parking is done on a first-come, first-served basis starting with our renewal process. Two bedrooms units are allotted one spot, while 3 and 4 bedrooms units are allotted two spots.
Parking fee: $700.00 to $800.00 annually for parking in conjunction with the terms of your residential lease. All parking lease agreements are separate from the residential lease agreements and are not transferable.
You must be a resident of Station 11 to park in the Station 11 parking lot. If you move out prior to your lease end date, your parking license expires upon vacating your residential unit in Station 11.
If parking is not reserved during renewal or at your lease signing, you will no longer fall under the allotment we have set in place. Parking is paid for annually and you must sign a parking lease agreement that is separate from your lease agreement. Parking is non-transferrable.
Cleaning Service
Station 11 offers a cleaning service (housekeeping) for your convenience. This service will make it easy and affordable for our residents to have a professional cleaning service. The cost of this service is between $50 and $75 for each standard cleaning. A standard cleaning includes vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and cleaning of bathrooms.
